Front & Back Heat Sensitive Ink - Separate Color |
The
pink thermochromatic ink will disappear at temperatures above
85 F. This will allow the payer to verify that the check is
not a fraudulent document. Because the ink is heat sensitive,
it is virtually impossible to make copies or scan the document
without disappearing.

Endorsement |
The
KnightTM, Fingerprint SecurityTM wording & the Fingerprint
are printed in pink thermochromatic ink in the endorsement area
on the back of the check.

Warning Clause
|
The
U.S. Patent numbers are printed on the face of the check in
pink thermochromatic in in the left margin.
ABSENCE OF U.S. PATENT NUMBERS IN
THE LEFT MARGIN INDICATES THAT THIS CHECK IS FRAUDULENT. THIS
AREA IS PRINTED WITH A PINK HEAT SENSITIVE INK THAT WILL DISAPPEAR
WHEN BLOWING OR RUBBING
