Checkbook Binding Process

 

A single unit that prints, cuts, stitches and tapes checkbooks and payment books in one operation.

Paper Size: 6” X 9” 3up Checks or 6” X 12” 4up Checks.
Paper Type: Standard single check stock, or duplicate check stock with NCR.
Maximum Book Thickness: ¼” Maximum book thickness.
Minimum Book Thickness: Six pages with backer tag stock.

Stitcher Wire Size: Standard #25 round, optional #24 round, or 21X25 flat wire available.

Stitching Heads: Equipped with two Deluxe #26D head standard. ISP M2000, Deluxe G8, or Hohner 52/8 heads are optional equipment at additional charges.
Tape Size Standard 23/32 X 600 Yard rolls of tape. Grey or Black standard, other colors optional.  BU 55” X 30” X 60” mounted on industrial grade casters for easy movement.

Machine Speed: 8-12 completed check books a minute, or up to 900 books per hour. Higher production speeds available at an additional charge.

Additional Requirements: Dedicated internet connection for remote diagnostics, software updates, and usage counter access.

Features: Stitches cuts and tapes top bound check books in one operation. The operator simply inserts the pre printed checks into the loading station of the machine and presses the start button. The checks move through the machine automatically creating a top bound check book. The machine is equipped with jam detection as well as stitch detection to insure that the books are perfect every time.

Options: Production data acquisition, barcode tracking, high speed production model, 6” X 15” version, and stitcher head upgrades available at additional cost.

Warranty: Standard 1 year parts warranty from manufacturing defects. Consumable items are not covered under warranty.
