in the delivery of quality Check Disbursement Solutions to
the market. Printerm has developed regional, national and
international programs to fit the needs of our Business Partners
and our mutual customers. There are three primary types of
relationships available, as described below:

Referral
Partners
Referral
Partners supplement their existing product lines by offering
Printerm solutions to their customers. Interested customers
are " referred" to Printerm, which handles the direct
sales and support needs of the account. Printerm will pay
a referral commission (s) to the referral partner in accordance
with their corporate policy.
Reseller
Partners
Reseller
Partners take on the responsibility for directly selling Printerm
solutions. Typically, these partners have or acquire expertise
in MICR check solutions and are able to promote and sell Printerm
solutions. Reseller Partners are often value added resellers
of related printer and software products. Printerm provides
reseller commissions and marketing support for these partners.
OEM
Partners
Software
developers can expand their product offering by integrating
Printerm's CheckRite 2004 or by offering it as an add-on module.
MICR toner and other hardware can be privately labeled with
the OEM Partners company information. Printerm will work with
OEM partners to assist in the integration or modification
based on the partner's needs. Printerm works closely with
OEM partners to enhance their product offerings and to assist
them in sales, marketing and support efforts. Printerm provides
a significant OEM discount program in lieu of commissions.
