Lexmark MS and MX Series MICR released

Printerm announces secure MICR Solutions with excellent signal levels for Lexmark MS & MX Series printers

Printerm has released the full MICR solutions for the Lexmark MS/MX Series printers. These printers from Lexmark include a separate drum unit as well as a toner cartridge. The drum has to be converted to MICR and with these series of printers you cannot simply swap MICR toner and regular toner, the drum has to be swapped as well. If you use a regular toner with the MICR drum, you will no longer be able to use that drum as MICR drum.
Dell has released a series of printers based on these printers with excellent MICR results.
Xerox's new series of printers incorporates a separate toner, drum AND developer, which makes the prospect of a MICR solution virtually impossible.
