Scope of On-site Maintenance and Hours of Operation

  • The on-site maintenance service coverage period is: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Any on-site maintenance service required outside the service coverage period shall be provided on a best effort basis and shall be subject to our current rates.
  • On-site maintenance includes adjustments, lubrication and replacement of parts deemed necessary by our service. All labor costs are included.
  • Items not covered under contract include: consumable items, power packs, damaged print heads or drums (e.g. if the approved media is not used) and any cosmetic items. 

  • Basic instruction on the use of equipment is included as part of the Service Installation fee.
